I got an answer back from management. Play at MSS & Cal are combined as far as daily average. I didn't ask if that also applies to Fremont since I never play there.

I guess it makes sense since Cal & MSS have the same general manager, but Fremont has a different GM.

Joe, thank you for the information. I always wondered. Like you, I do not know about the Fremont but I suspect it is separate, but the 3 Boyd hotels down town honor the comp meal program (Aloha coupon book, Silver/Gold card). Less than two years ago, Fremont was my home base. The host at Fremont used to tell me that she could only determined how much I played at the Fremont.

I then decided MSS had better VP machines so I called and spoke to the host on duty. She had to access information for the Fremont, then receive permission from her boss to provide comp room/meals. I made the switch.

Got another answer back from the GM. They must start to hate me for all my questions, but he said Fremont, Cal & MSS play are all combined regarding avg per day play.

I think that's really great! I still don't like the VP paytables at Fremont, but it's good to know that play there counts.

Hint: machine #7 at San Fransisco bar. But they count right to left, not left to right like MSS.
