When in Vegas, I love to have my morning coffee in my room while getting ready. This Sunday we're checking in at Caesars, got a comped Forum Tower room but hoping for an upgrade to Palace or Augustus if available. Does anyone know if in house coffee makers are available in the various tower rooms? I read on someone's trip report that Keurig machines were in some rooms, are they free to use if you bring your own K-cups or are you forced to use Caesar's $10 K-cups? Thanks!

I have never stayed in the Palace tower, but I have seen Keurig machines in both the Forum tower and the Augustus. You can use your own k-cups. The box of coffee that they charge for is over on the dresser area with other snacks (for a fee) that are weighted so if you pick them up, they'll charge it to your room. (I've never done that, but I think it says that somewhere nearby or the bell man may have mentioned it) There are paper cups sitting in the Keurig machine I'm pretty sure you can just use without being charged. But, if not, they are wrapped in plastic, so you can just use a glass from the room or whatever for your coffee and then put their wrapped cups back after you're done. Hope that helps!

it probably doesn't help you but we always bring some cups with us just in case there is a Keurig in the room. Last time at Rio there was a machine and they charged us nothing for the cups we used, as a matter of fact with the housekeeping tip daily and a note we actually brought home some cups.

    Coffee drinker at Caesars

We stayed in a Palace Tower room last July and we did have a Keurig in the room. We brought our own "camping" cups and a few pods and it worked out great. I to Enjoy that morning coffee while getting ready!

Enjoy your trip and Good Luck!:peace:

You can bring your own K cups and they do not charge for use of the cups. There is also a Starbucks in the Augustus tower than sells boxes of k cups if you run or forget yours.

If you get upgraded to Augustus (doubt it during a busy holiday weekend) I stayed there early last year and they had free coffee and tea in the Augustus lobby near their registration desk.
Not sure if they still do this, but it was an awesome perk to have.

Thanks everyone for the replies, I'll bring plenty of my K-cups! Yes I agree, the probability of an upgrade is slim to none since we check in on the Sunday before Memorial day but I'm content with the Forum tower for I understand they recently have been updated. The views are not important to us but a larger room would be nice. I don't know the square footage of the Forum rooms compared to the Palace or Augustus, hopefully not that much smaller. Thanks again all and alana86, I'll be the one at Caesars that's milling around the CET's "Millionaire Maker" games! LOL

Stayed in Octavious Tower - May 21 - May 25...

There was a Keurig machine in the room. Complimentary coffee available near bar in lobby for people staying in Octavious and Augustus tower - that's what we were told. I stopped by on Thursday and Friday morning - was not asked for room key nor questioned about what tower I was staying in...

Thanks Smo, they are still doing it. We just got back yesterday from a wonderful trip and Caesars did upgrade us to the Augustus tower. The clerk even offered us the Octavius room but she said they were about 100 sq feet smaller than the Augustus so we opted for the bigger room. Beautiful Bellagio fountain view on the 39th floor. The complimentary coffee in the registration lobby was used (maybe a little bit over used lol) every morning made me want to leave a tip or something but when I asked I asked, they said it was not necessary. What class!
