I'm off to Vegas again in less than two weeks and really want to try some different cocktails rather than just sticking to the usual. I've already got Verbena on my list...

    Any other suggestions?

I like fruity flavours. My usual drinks are pina colada, sex on the beach, Malibu pineapple and the occasional j├Ąger bomb.

    Thanks :)

Try a Miami vice, it's pina colada and strawberry daiquiri mixed with whip cream on top. That's all my wife gets

If you like fruity, check out Parasol Up/Parasol Down at Wynn. Sinatra Smash, Pearasol, Lychee Martini and plenty of others will satisfy your sweet tooth while delivering a nice punch. Beautiful areas as well (both bars).

If you want fruity, tropical and boozy, get yourself to Frankie's Tiki Room.

I find these threads interesting. Hundreds of different drinks available. Some people hate cocktail A, others hate B, other loves A, others love C, etc.... What works for you?

Head to Venetian / Palazzo and use their auto drink service on the machines.

Gives you lam the cocktails / shots you can think of.

Lemon drops, Washington Apple bombs etc.

No need to think just press the pictures!!

Sorry, but there are only two cocktails I can recommend: Gin & Tonic with a lime (Sapphire or Tanqueray) & Jager Bombs (Red Bull & Jagermeister).

Seems like forever from now, but the flights are booked, so it counts!

I always like a good Old-Fashioned or perhaps a Dirty Vodka Martini w/ bleu cheese-stuffed olives (not very fruity).

Remember the trendy shooters from a few years ago, Chocolate Cake shot or Scooby Snack?

All lounges have their list of fruity drinks you can try.

Are you being serious? I only have a couple of alcoholic drinks each night in the Casino, but usually it's a Pina Colada or Straw Daiquiri with whipped cream on top.
Will all the CW's know this drink as Miami Vice?

I paid my way through college bartending in Wisconsin. Remind me next time I'll make you an old fashioned you can't believe.

As far as other suggestions go, nothing beats a solid sazerac.

The sazerac....my home states official cocktail. And I love a good old fashioned. It's crazy the different varieties I've had on it. Loved them at book & stage but of course chandelier and queue do a fine job. Which liquor do you like to use? I've become very fond of rye recently.

Traditionally, Canadian whiskey (Crown) or Brandy (Korbel) in an old fashioned. You can use anything though. I've had people order rye. Bourbon or scotch is good too for a smoky taste to go with the sweet.

I also recommend a press over a sweet.
