Probably MC, but Caesars is better and maybe just an extra bead of sweat further

I would consider many to have a food court, also the one on the strip between Phillips and mom.

Lots of "lower end" options at PH and the Mall across the street.

Cosmopolitan is in kind of a bad spot for the question "where is the closest food court" because none of them are close at all.

In the area you'll have food courts at Flamingo, Bally's, Monte Carlo, NYNY and Caesars Palace... all are a bit of a hike to get to from Cosmopolitan.

If you just need something quick to eat and don't want to do the pizza place at Cosmopolitan the McDonald's and Earl of Sandwich at Planet Hollywood will be across the street. And if I was staying there and looking for some quick and cheap eats I'd probably go to the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood: can't remember the names, but there are a couple of places where you can get some cheap food quickly

There's a very close food court across the pedestrian bridge to Las Vegas Blvd. It has a Subway, McDonald's, Rockin Taco (I haven't tried the place, but it looks decent), Panda Express, Bubba Gump Shrimp.

They're on the second floor on the east side of LV Blvd - I think you have to use the pedestrian bridge anyway to get to that side of the Blvd from Cosmo.

To illustrate, I made an admittedly terrible MS Paint of how navigate there.

eta: I should have read the other posts more closely. But they don't have a map, so there.

Not a food court and not sure if you are looking for a quick morning breakfast option or lunch but Cosmo does have some casual dining besides Secret Pizza. For grab and go breakfast and lunch items, there is Va Bene Caffe on the casino floor and casual lunch option (besides The Henry) is China Poblano with Chinese and Mexican dishes. The Earl in PHo is definitely a favourite grab and go opf mine when staying at Cosmo.
