My wife wants to do a vegas pic for our Christmas card, this year. We're heading out next week. We're struggling with a spot.

Obviously, Bellagio fountains or the Vegas sign are good spots, but we're worried about being able to get close enough to see our faces and still see the sign/fountains behind us to know we're in Vegas on a ~5x7 pic.

Any spots that have a smaller, but still iconic, Vegas images that everyone would recognize?

so many places, the lv sign is a good photo op, there is also a smaller sign on boulder highway near sams town (google las vegas sign boulder highway) and one on the north strip which says welcome to downtown las vegas (past the strat). you can take your xmas pic in front of the luxor sphinx or of the luxor pyramid or even in front or back of the hotels. you can go to the top of the strat and get a pic with lv in the background. you can even take inside pictures, like st. marks square in the Venetian (or even a shot with the gondolas or the arch). you can take a pic of the bridge at nyny, the castle at excal or cc, the gardens in front of the wynn, eiffel tower, mgm lion pirate ship at TI, some people took pics on the overhead walkway of the bellagio fountains at night or of the strip (from the mgm or trop walkway) during the day. you can even go downtown and take a family pic with the FSE in the background or the FSE show at night. An awesome pic would be on the bypass bridge by the hoover dam overlooking the dam, or even on the dam itself.
