Got a bunch of 21-22 year olds college students going with me this week to vegas but since the saraha closed they were wondering is there is any $1 or $2 tables anywhere downtown or off strip so they can learn the game and drink some beer without costing them alot. thanks in advance.

I don't frequent the Strip, but you're probably right in assuming you won't be able to find anything below $5. In fact, you'll be lucky to find less than $10 tables! It's a great idea to get your feet wet as inexpensively as possible.

Things change faster than I can type, but downtown, the Fremont and California have $3 shoe games 24/7, and El Cortez usually has a $3 two-deck game. These games pay BJ's 3:2, which is why I'm purposely not mentioning the Four Queens.

Have a great time - casino virgins are good luck, you know!

Sorry, but I've never seen less than $5 BJ at Suncoast. Stayed there last month and at least half a dozen times last year; but if I see it's changed next week, I'll report back.
