Just finished a new survey CET rolled out in email. It is different from any survey I've ever done. One part of it was you are given several offer scenarios with room rates, food options, etc from several casinos and asking which offer would you take.

If you get it, post your thoughts of it.

I believe I received the same one. Took about 15 minutes. I think they're trying to see what kind of preferences people have with regard to future offers. Lots of stuff about 2 and 3 times comps etc. Buy one get one free etc. I know the offers for AC are less than last year. We were getting 10X Thursdays up to this October. Now it's 5x on Thursdays. I liked the 10X as we could build up comps for Vegas. Normally they were sending us a buffet for two five times a month, now it's four times. I guess with the competition shrinking in AC the bean counters need to reel in costs. I received a similar survey about six months which was specific as to what kind of prizes you wanted for visiting. I'm seeing a slight decrease in free slot play coupons also. It's all about getting the most from the player for the least.
