I got a few offers that was sent from Total Rewards. Like it says $200 free play and 3 free nights @ cesear, flamingo, the linq, etc.

But when I try to use the code for the free nights, it says that it cost money. I dont get the whole 3 nights but when I check the dates it charges me? Is it a bug or something?

It's probably "sold out" for one or more of those dates, or it's a room type that isn't available for that code.

This happened to me repeatedly a couple nights ago. I tried to get a comp honored at Harrah's, and it said the comp was not available despite the trusty COMP appearing when I searched for my preferred dates. I wound up getting a comp at Bally's honored instead, with a $14 per night eStandby Upgrade to Jubilee Luxury. I decided to just accept that and move on, but my experience was similar to yours.

I had a similar case with Mlife at the MGM. I called VIP services and they were able to book it as a comp.

Try doing a calendar search for the offer and see if you can find COMP nights that way.

When this happens to me I call the hotel I want to stay at directly .
Have the offer code available to give to them and they can book it.
Have them send you an email of the conformation !

If only looking for a room, the calendar search is best.

Trying to use an offer with FP, tickets, etc is another story.

what he said.... call them directly. if you're a diamond or 7 stars, ask the operator for VIP services and give them your offer #.

If you select an offer, it will give you the option of selecting dates or seeing a calendar based on that offer.

LoL, I had to comment...I have this happening right now...
I have "Offers" for free nights in Feb/March/April, in Vegas...but when I go to "book" them, NONE of them are "free"...makes me wonder...but then again, I already booked all my trips for 2015 long ago, when they WERE showing as "comp"...

I had the same issue last month for an offer in Bossier City where I had four free nights at a partner hotel. The calendar showed comp for the days I wanted but when I tried to book three night's the third night came with a cost. I called and they were able to fix it.

It's probably the best move. They do charge $15 if you book it over the phone, but that's small compared to your freeplay.
