I read where CET properties started with the resort fees, so what are you actually getting for the resort fees? Wi-Fi, gym access, etc.?

For CET properties: Internet, Phone, and Fitness Center. The Internet is for one device. The resort fee started on March 1st. There are waivers depending on level, etc. There is a Resort Fee thread up above in the L.V Strip Hotels info.

I was told that the Quad has no fitness center even though that's what their website says the resort fee is for. And if you have want to use one you pay for it at another one of their hotels

That's a new twist, isn't it? Forcing guests to pay for something that doesn't exist. Not that it's worth the hassle, but I think someone could get traction with that one legally if they so desired.
