CET updated the Tier benefits that are property wide.

I renewed Diamond during my first trip to Vegas in 2013. Nothing was said about a $100 dinner on my second trip this year.

All this does seem more geared to Seven Star. They've removed the special line passes for Platinum. Likely each casino can make their own decisions on this.

I'm curious to hear from recent visitors about Platinum line pass benefits in Las Vegas. Although I'm no longer Platinum, I believe CET is shooting themself in the foot if this change is made in Las Vegas.

I don't think anything has changed. The charts never showed it as a Platinum benefit, but most places in Vegas still lumped Platinum with Diamond, so I'm guessing that'll continue.

Funny thing is they removed all the property specific tier benefits from the websites.
When they roled out the new styling for all the sites, pretty much every local property standardardized their website pages to the CET Borg style sheets.

I would not be surprised if benefits are realigned nationwide unless it would cause major outcry.

I'm on the Gold level tier, Zero, and i am comped at 3 hotels (including Caesars Palace) this year. That to me is my 7 Star, Platinum, and Diamond reward. The only thing that may interest me is the upgrade, in which the sandwich may be used in case i'm hungry.

If you are comped at CP, it would be very strange that you are not comped at ALL Las Vegas casinos.

This benefit was just introduced April 1st. It will be interesting to see, however, if a credit is given proactively or if we have to jump through hoops to redeem the $100 dinner. It doesn't seem like much, but it is something which was not offered before. ***Will the first VMBer to redeem this benefit please report on their experience???***

The "new" 7 star perks were pretty much offered on an unofficial basis anyway.

I don't see the value of a "4 day stay" at 40,000 points as nearly anyone getting to that level could get that any time anyway.

The 80,000 point tier does have some new worthwhile benefits.

It will be interesting to see if these changes result in more or fewer Diamonds in the CET system.
