My favorite game to play for a few hours of mindless entertainment is the Caveman Keno slots. Usually not that hard to find at most casinos but can't recall where I've seen them at Total Rewards casinos. I seem to recall a bank of machines at the Rio next to the Keno lounge a few years back but that's all I can remember. I know most places will have at least a few of the Game King machines, sometimes exclusively video keno, but they don't always have CK included in the mix. If anyone knows where you can find this game at Total Rewards properties, let me know. I prefer what I think is the older version of the game with higher payoffs for 7 of 8 for example but lower multipliers...but I'll play any version if it's available. Thanks in advance.

I think many of the CET Game Kings offer Caveman Keno, and possibly Caveman Keno Plus. All their game kings have been replaced in the last few years, and I think many offer various versions poker/blackjack/keno. I swear it's at the bartops, but I can't totally confirm that. I sorta have tunnel vision for VP. I would be shocked if CET didn't offer it at all; it's pretty popular. This was actually my first ever keno spin in a casino though. Drunk at last call at Hollywood STL...lol

Thanks...thanks a LOT... now I have that 'falling numbers' sound...going through my head... with the occasional 'squack' from the pterodactyl.... Sigh...means I've played this game too much you think??? :)

Thanks for the info...and the picture and noises in my head. I think I am going to make it a goal of mine to report on video keno "conditions" on my next Vegas trip. There are a surprising number of variations out there and the payoffs often differ slightly from casino to casino. I know, for example, that the Palms has the highest paying Caveman Keno I think I've seen. A lot of people always seem to playing and the odds aren't any worse than most slot machines so it is surprising that there isn't more video keno information on the interwebz. I've looked with little success.

Other than wizard of odds, I haven't found much keno info. Downtown Grand has recently claimed they were going to offer the best keno paytables at bartops if I recall correctly.

Thanks for the tip. I will check them out when I am in town next month. It is now my personal quest to assemble this information for public consumption. Whatever I find out, I will, of course, post here.

not sure how their payouts compare but the bar at Luxor (next to the sports book) has given me some luck with Caveman Keno over the years... I had two big hits there, one was about $400, the other was around $600....
