Is there a site similar to VPFree that lists casinos in Vegas with better BJ rules, specifically 3:2 and at what level, $5, $10, $25 etc.?

You can try Wizard of Vegas to start, although the general consensus is that his list is out of date. I will talk to Sonya about starting one

thats a good idea as i dont mind reporting it as i see it , just every day its the same question and debate so it gets tired after a while, we just had the mlife, cosmo, cet , bj discusion yesterday.
if theres a sticky ill be happy to post as i see changes as ive done but to keep answering the same question time after time takes away from my pool time.

    I love you, paperposter.

And honestly, any MGM casino will have 3:2 blackjack at $10-15 just about all the time, and it's not really as uncommon as the internet would have you believe.

Except NyNy. There are zero 3:2 tables on the main floor. You have to go to the high limit room.

i was honest.we had a good talk about it yesteday in the link i posted.

but yes its a question ask just about every day, then we get in to 6 deck or 8 deck hs17 sad and all the rest.

i and many have posted all talked about it.

3/2 isnt hard to find at 10-15$ , its the s17 and other stuff that you want that is.

but once again the best 25$ bj table open 24 hours is at ballys. they always have one 25$ bj table with the best rules same as mlife where mlife will raise and lower it depending.

Really??? I'm just stunned by that. I understand it may not have other favorable rules (stand 17, surrender, etc) but not a single 3:2 table on the main floor? I had not heard that anywhere

I mean, it's not updated day-by-day, but it's a pretty useful guide and is not usually that far off. Sometimes you might have to add $5 or so to what he lists as the minimum, especially at busy times (the $10 Bally's game I have seen at $15 at night, for instance). He lists a ton of places that I will never go, so I copy-and-paste to a Word doc and create my own list of the places where my wife and I are actually likely to play.

I do wish he'd update with the Ellis Island game, which is $5 3/2, all day every day.

I would think that a specially-formatted table could be created by Sonya & made a "sticky".
Those of us who play regularly enough and have been here awhile could post to it and the table would update. There could be a "information confirmed by _______ "(user-name) following any entry, so readers would know that the info was more credible.

Table Columns could be like this:

Casino Location 3:2 or 6:5? # of Decks Day Min. Night Min. H17 or S17? DAS? LS? RSA? VMB Confirmed by

After, say, 4 confirmations, no more would post - just a numerical total of confirms.
If a VMB'er has differing info than an entry shows, a new entry line (different color?) would be created underneath the original which bears that person's ID. Then the entry garnering the most 'confirms' would be the one at the top of the entry for that casino, for each type of table.

Personally, I would advise that the thread be limited to 3:2 blackjack only. After all - Nobody needs info on where to find 6:5!

I think this is a good idea. But I would also add date confirmed too.

Thank you for all the replies! I can find the info for the downtown and off strip properties, however the strip info is not quite as easy to find. I don't mind the $25 tables, but anything over will be a stretch this trip. Not many offering decent rules on the strip, but the Bally's news is good. Close to where we will be staying this trip. We do plan on going downtown one night just for the better rules and lower limits. The Orleans had a single deck pitch game 3:2 the last time I was out there, but that has been several years ago. I was last in Vegas 7 years ago and I did very little gambling that trip(family). Things have changed a bit since then.

Addendum...I REFUSE TO PLAY 6:5 FOR ANY REASON! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

    Thanks again!

I refuse to put my money down on any games that does not pay 3/2 on BJ. That is just ridiculous. BJ is the only game i care about matter of fact that is the only activity i care about at casino apart from eating and sleeping. If they kill BJ with 6/5 rule, it is all over.

Thanks gradytripp, I had to BOLD, UNDERLINE and make that text LARGER, since you hit the nail on the head. It's the best place to play Blackjack. I will be there next week...

Open for debate - I think the best low-limit 3:2 tables are at the Gold Coast - two deck pitch, $5 & $10 min tables, 3:2, H17, DAS.
The 2-deck games at the ElCo, Plaza and LVC are also quite good...same rules, only dealt from a shoe, face-up.

(ElCo 2-deck min = $3; LVC 2-deck min = $10; Plaza 2-deck min. ranges from $10 to $25. ElCo uses a pre-notched discard tray for the cut point - which is at about 2/3 penetration - making it a bit better than Gold Coast, but more difficult to get a seat because it's a $3 table. So, while you get more cards dealt per deck at ElCo than at Gold Coast, you have more players per table at the ElCo, so that advantage disappears.)
