Just wondering how their comp system works . Is it like CET in as far as points earned are redeemable for food and beverage? What is the rate at which points are earned/redeemed? We like to play there but never really used a card and I figure a may as well try to get something if we are going to play there anyway.

    Points

They have a deal on they machines that multiples you points throughout your play up to 100x points. They only comps I have ever received from them is free rooms but never stayed there. I heard the rooms are clean and comfortable but parking and carrying bags to the counter.

Rooms are serviceable, but most are loud. Great location though. Besides the rooms I get in the mail, I typically get $20 or so a month in free play. When I print out the coupon sheet, it'll have real free play instead of the "Free $50 Slot Play" that everyone gets. You also build up money pretty quick at their food court which is seperate from their free play. Not exactly sure on the formula, but all and all, we tend to get more comps there than most other places.

I haven't used the slot club there in a while, but the benefits for me were regular fun books (some of the promos were good, like an extra $10 for four of a kind in vp), and with minimal play I was earning a 25 dollar food comp roughly every other trip.

I got free rooms and stayed there once when showing a Vegas Virgin the strip. No frills, but clean and comfortable. Since they became affiliated with one of the hotel chains (Best Western?) my hotel comps disappeared.

I've converted my comp points into a dining voucher for upstairs at Outback a few times. I think you need 25,000 pts minimum to convert but those points rack up pretty fast. I think 25,000 pts gets you a $25 food voucher and every 5000 pts = $5. The last time I did this was a year ago so check with the players club.

Casino Royale has one of the weirdest setups of any casino. I don't have all the fine print, but basically....

Points are redeemable for freeplay, and must be used within I think 48 hours after they are earned. Food comps accumulate separately and are good I believe for a year. If memory serves you cash out food comps in denominations of $5. $25 minimum is required for Outback, but Denny's is included at lower levels.

You can't find out how many points = $1 food comp. They won't tell you & it doesn't show on the screen when you put your card in. You have to go to the slot club for them to look up your balance.

I never have gotten a straight answer whether the point multipliers affect food comps as well as points.

Anyways, if you're going to spend time there it's worth having the card. The coupons aren't as good as they used to be, but as of January they still had the double blackjack up to $25 coupon.

    Have fun & good luck!

Not sure how their comp system works for rooms, but I stayed there last year for 1 night and they have decent remodeled rooms (they were in the process of remodeling all rooms, I stayed in a finished room).
