I read in a recent post (on a different message board) that Casino Royale would soon be deleting players comps from their books.

I was there last month and gave them some play (was told it now takes 3,000 c/i to get mailed offers, up from 1,000, which was up from 500) and checked my comp balance which is at a decent balance (over $300) and was told that your comps were good for 18 months after playing.

My question is can they do this? If I go to Casino Royale next time and am told that they zeroed out my comps is this something you can contact gaming about? Hopefully they don't do this.

With the 8/5 BP gone from the bartops my plan was pretty much just to go there for a $10 subway sandwich or something when I'm in the area. If they can do this I guess I should plan on a big Outback Steakhouse meal or something next time.

It's their comps. They can do whatever they want with it.

They aren't the first casino to do this. *cough* Venetion/Palazzo *cough*

    yes they can do it.

long story short , when mlife switched over to october i was short reaching my next level ,i complained spoke to a marketing somebody and they agreed to bump me up to the next teir as i explained it wasnt fair and expect a certian amount of time to reach the next level wich they changed.

now my level of play was alot differnt than yours i was playing bj around 500$ a hand so they did the right thing but it wasnt easy but can be done.

I never received anything from them. However I don't play machines and only ever played craps there but in my early trips I gave them heavy play.

So yeah, I didn't even know comps existed there. Matter of fact this may be the first time I have seen someone post about 'em here.
