I have played in practicaly all the strip casinos and some off strip. I have an Mlife and TR card but thats all.
Is it worth me signing up with other casinos i might frequent whilst im there so the posibility of getting other comps and offers is increased or am I going to spend a lot of time for very little come back?
The way I like to start a new year

If there is a place that you really want to stay and you plan to play a decent amount, then it's worth signing up in hope of future offers. Otherwise, I'd wait for a good promotion, like the $100 loss return at Cosmo. You only get to be a new sign up once.

If you are just talking the main part of The Strip then card-wise you are looking at:

    Total Rewards

    Club Ti (Ti)
They might give you some free play if you signup, otherwise you have to put in a good chunk of play to get much more out of them.

    Club Royale (Casino Royale)
Signing up will get you a coupon sheet that doesn't offer too much beyond 2-for-1 of the $1 drinks at the bar. Being a loyal player won't get you too much in comps unless you play a lot. We don't even use our Club Royale cards anymore.

    Grazie (Venetian, Palazzo)
You should get some free play for signing up. You need to put in a lot of play to get offers out of them.

    Wynn Red Card (Wynn, Encore)
Not sure what they do for new signups anymore, but like Grazie you need to put in a lot of play to get any future offers or comps out of them.

    Identity (Cosmopolitan)
For signups you can do their "lose $100 on us" promotion or take a spin on the lucky wheel (free buffet, free spa trip, stuff like that). Its worth it to do the lose $100 on us promotion.

    Trop Plus (Tropicana)
They have a "the first $200 is on us" promotion similar to the Identity promotion for new signups that is worth it. Fairly easy to get some food comps out of them with a low to moderate level of play.
