Affinity owns Silver Sevens (former Terrible's)... the few times I've been in there, I'd be surprised if any of the patrons owned a credit-card... just crack-ho's and local ner-do wells. Though I'm a bit judgmental of the clientele, I did have fun each time. I was sleezin' it up some those days.

As one who works in the financial industry I see an amazing amount of fraud that happens on a daily basis. Hell an hourly basis. Much of it is foreign based which makes it hard to stop/control, especially when the foreign governments look the other way and/or condone it. It will help once the US finally adopts chip/pin technology that Europe is already using (and has been for a long time). Much harder to clone than magstripes but certainly not foolproof. US companies are dragging their feet so MC/Visa will be forcing them to switch over, with a deadline of October, 2015.
