Casino Chip From Chile

    My buddy just got back from a week in Chile. Not a gambling trip, but he stopped by a casino. He brought me home a chip - 5,000 Chilean Pesos - or about US $8. He said there were two lower denominations that were round, but all the rest were like this:

    I'm mad I didn't take a chip home from the casino I visited in Amsterdam. Very cool chip.

    Actually, it is not very big. Banana for scale. (Sorry, I did not have a cucumber for scale)

    Pretty cool indeed. I wonder what they use in Peru. I pass by a certain casino every time I'm in town but it looks too shady from the outside that I didn't bother going in yet.
