I'll be in Vegas at the end of March.
I have tickets to the Mets/Cubs game at Cashman field.
I've looked at Google maps and it seems the Neon sign place is across the parking lot.
But knowing how distances can be deceiving in the desert, can anyone tell me if this is accurate. The game starts at 5, so I was thinking of booking a tour for 3-4 at the boneyard. Will I be able to do both?
Also wondering the best way to get down that way. Bus (any help Dewey?) or cab?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I've walked to Cashman Field many times from Fremont St ( Downtown ).
Yes, the Boneyard is on the same side of street as Cashman.
Yes, it is close by........I'm not sure if it was next door ?....but very close by.
Is it next to the parking lot ?....maybe ?.......I've only been to night games + Boneyard was never open.
Game at 5pm ---- tour at 3 to 4pm - no problem at all.

There is NOT a bad seat in the house at Cashman.
Everything is close to the field.....not a huge place...easy to get in + out.
I believe Cashman is one of the smaller AAA ballparks ?

You could take the bus to Fremont ST
    and then transfer from there.
Is Cashman + Boneyard on Main St ?.....I'm not sure it's Main St ?...maybe ?
    You could bus it ---
    As I've said, I always walked it....from Fremont...15 min walk....but...I walk everywhere.

From Fremont I bussed there and cabbed back, if it's dark I would suggest cab both ways, even to Fremont and then go from there, ten bucks one way

The Neon Boneyard is right there next to Cashman. 10 min walk at most. So the 3:00 tour would work great. Take the bus it stops right in between both on Main. After the game bus it back should only be around 8 p.m. Have went to a few games at Cashman and don't remember seeing any cabs for pickup, and if you call a cab in LV it takes forever. You could Uber on the way back. Its not a really good area, but I would bus it, that coming from someone that took the bus to see the Red Wings play in Detroit.

I just bought tickets to the Neon Museum and below is from the e-mail they sent me.

The Neon Museum is located at 770 Las Vegas Blvd. N, Las Vegas, NV 89101, approximately one mile north of Fremont Street on Las Vegas Blvd next to Cashman Center.

    Thanks for the replies.
I was leaning toward taking the bus, but I went on the RTC site and used their planner. It called for 3 transfers!
Didn't seem right to me. Any ideas about which buses to take?
No smart phone, so uber isn't an option for me.

If you are coming from the strip: Take the SDX to Fremont St. Experience on Casino Center, walk east on Fremont to Las Vegas Blvd and take the 113 North to Cashman. Reverse on the way back.
That way you can hang on Fremont after the game. SDX stops running at midnight.
