Can't redeem

    Trying to redeem an award (dinner at Tender). I have enough points.

    It just keeps saying over and over 'Sorry, your purchase could not be completed at this time.'

    Anyone have any idea what's going on?

    now at 1 left.

    maybe the crack programming staff at MGM didn't realize that 2 minus 1 equals 1 rather than 3?

    and by "crack staff", I of course mean crack SMOKING staff.:Þ

    You have to be careful when you put crack and staff in the same sentence...


    So in the end, I couldn't book the reward. Sold out.

    just call the redemption center and see if they will redeem for you on the phone!

    I had a similar issue (don't remember what the message was) when I tried to redeem for the 2-night Mirage suite a couple of days ago. The website was showing 5 left for today at the time, but it wouldn't allow me to get one. What I believe was happening is, the number in stock that are being shown in the game are not in real time. Other players may have already purchased the reward, but the game/system hadn't updated to show the real number.

    The reason I believe this is, I ended up purchasing the 2 night deluxe room instead and the quantity available didn't change for about 10-15 minutes.

    What level are you at? Some do not allow you to buy if your not a high enough level.

    Yeah, I'm not a 100% on what the problem is - I just bought a Bellagio Buffet too.

    Have you considered that there may be a conspiracy by people on this board to buy all of them as soon as they come up, just to annoy you?

    But seriously, I've run into this before as well. I think that the case is what others have said, that it simply sells out but the numbers don't accurately update to reflect that in real time. There seems to be an issue in regards to time anyway in the app, since at least on some days it doesn't refresh the rewards at exactly 07:00, but closer to 07:05.

    Now I'm really getting pissed off.


    I got in there right at 10:00am, the rewards got refilled a few minutes later.

    There are 5 dinners left, can't redeem it.

    Tried the Bellagio lunch 5 of those left, can't redeem it.

    I get the feeling I'm not allowed to redeem a damn thing which makes me wonder why I wasted my time on this.

    Grrrrrr.

    Is there any chance you got flagged as a TOS violater? I know Monty said inability to redeem awards would be the penalty.

    You'd think support would just tell him that. Its actually one heck of a penalty if you just let them keep on playing, block all redemptions, and have your support people play dumb.

    Took me over a week trying for the Bellagio lunch, had same problem. Think I finaly got it because they just changed to 7am west coast time restocking, not enough people gotten vise to it yet... keep trying, might ease up when closer to march 1st and limitation in full effect.. that is if you don't need em before then...

    Sold out rewards are refill every morning at 7 am Pacific Time. I saw someone here posted about it couple days ago. I've been waiting for Bellagio buffet to be refill everyday and today I logged in at 8 am pacific time. Only 1 left and I got the last one :).
