I can't seem to book any of my offers that include free play using the "book online" feature. It tells me that every single room (tried multiple properties) "is not available with this offer." I'm using the correct dates & offer code. I can book other offers (pool credit, gift cards, etc.) Very strange. I'll ask my casino sales exec about it, but was just curious if others have experienced the same problem.

I've had that problem in the past, just call up the reservations dept and they will book it for you.

Have you tried changing the room type?

Yes, I encountered this for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I booked FSP offers in April and May but I got the same message when I tried to book for August. At first I thought maybe because it was over 3 months away but then I keep trying and get same message.

If you can not book it online, call in.

Before you do, check on what you can get for just booking a room without any offer codes. Good to know what your options are in advance.

I didn't mention the issue to my marketing exec, just forwarded her my e-mail offer and she set me up with no problem. Just strange that my free play offers weren't bookable online. I tried many different room types at multiple properties. They all showed "COMP" as the price, but returned a red message stating that the room wasn't available with the offer. Oh well. My offer is booked & a very nice room was requested.

Just be sure and confirm that you are truly booked under the offer you want. I booked an offer for an event that took place 3 weeks ago (through someone on the phone because I encountered the same problem as you. We arrived at CP and went to the event registration desk and they did not have me on the list. Yes, my hotel room was booked but whoever took my reservation on the phone somehow failed to use the offer code I gave her. One hour of being on the phone (mostly on hold) while someone on the other end was scrambling to get upper level authorization for approval and they finally corrected their error. Don't even ask how much my cell phone will be for that call alone (roaming charges with any Canadian cellular carrier is insane). Anyway, my advice is to look at your My TR page where your offers are and make sure there is a chip icon next to the offer you want to ensure it truly has been booked. Never assume it was done properly in the first place because you booked it through a live person.

About half of my offers require me to call to book even if it says you can book on line. Their system is not very effecient.
