IMHO, it is the best cafe on the strip.

    +1 for the BEST!
We eat there everytime we stay on property.
French Onion soup is the best I have every had.
    The Turkey Burger is amazing.
I have had some specials also that were good.
Just a good solid place that has never disappointed us.

Had mostly breakfast there. Always good food and service.

A bit expensive, but we are usually comped anyways.

If comparing to other 'cafe's' it's a good choice. I like it for breakfast or late night bite.
Usually a line, they have a VIP line for mlife - I think platinum and noir.

Agree on the turkey burger. I grab one every trip. Gold will also get you in the separate line.

I agree with folks who say it is the best café on the Strip. Its the only one I have gone out of my way to eat at

Hash is really good, steak and eggs not so much.

Have eaten just about everything on the menu over the years and the fries aren't as good as they used to be but burger is really good.

Two favorites are their eggs benedict and hash

Truthfully it's either been hit or miss food wise for me. However, I will say service wise never had a bad experience.

Completely unexpectedly, they serve my favorite fish-and-chips in Las Vegas, and some of the best I've had in general. Highly recommend.

Love their breakfast. Have never had a bad one, whether it's an omelet, pancakes, waffles or just eggs. They have line cuts for gold cards and higher.

Great tip Tibs. I love a good burger and was going to try Todd English's, BUT, while it (T.E.) has great reviews, the burger reviews are basically a high end restaurant that "has" to make a burger, i.e. no love. I had tentatively decided to try the Bellagio café for the burger vs. Todd English, and your comment sealed the deal. I'll also consider the fish n' chips!

The Cafe at Bellagio and Raffles at Mandalay are the 2 best cafes on the strip, at least for breakfast.

In my not so humble opinion it's probably the best of the remaining independent casino coffee shop type places. I've never had a bad meal there. If I'm staying in the Four Corners area I'll usually do breakfast there one day.

I want to also say that Fish and chips is a very good choice.

If you are solo or just the two and you want a little faster service the counter is an option and I've done that. They still have an odd system where the person sitting you leaves, someone else takes your drinks and then the server comes and takes your order. You can speed that up at the bar. Plus you can see the whole conservatory from there.

Burger in Vegas....Not sure Bellagio is any better to be honest because its been a few years since I had one there. But I will say that Michael Mina The Pub 1842 in MGM Grand was kind of meh big deal. That triple prime burger at Ruby Tuesday is better than either place. Hell I would rather have a Wendy's Triple.

For comparison Longhorn Steakhouse Burger to me is a really good restaurant burger that I base my comparisons on. Nice patty, cooked right, good minced meat and seared well is why I like them.

I think the others are right, best Cafe left on the strip. The thing I like is the price isn't horrible, the service is great and the food is still good. I'd hope there was a better burger place to be found and wish I could think of one because now I'm having a craving for one and I'll be out there Sunday.

You know that reminds me, Michael Mina's restaurant right next to Bellagio Cafe has always been good. I love the the beef tartare and steaks aren't half bad either. Its more of a formal dinner type place, and pray if you ever eat there not to sit next to the windows by the pool you will freaking sweat like a stuck pig.

Love both posts Tibs! I'm a bit fanatical about a good burger so youe post was a huge help. (I feel the same on ruby tuesday, at least the one by me. No point in asking for medium as its either well-done, well-done, or, well-done!)

The one I am excited about is Holsteins in Cosmo. Even local staff gets excited over their burgers.

Thanks for the tip on Michael Mina...I actually like steak tartare so may make a trip just for that!

Thanks for making me smile about the quip about not sitting by the window, that made my day!

My husband and I both got food poisoning or something from cafe bellagio. He ordered some kind of fish and I ordered a burger. Within minutes of finishing the last bites, both of us ran to the bathroom then were stuck in our rooms for the night. Tmi, I know, but we haven't been back since. Too bad because it's a nice menu and place. I'm sure this isnt the norm.

I got food poisoning from Olives once....it happens in any place. All it takes is a little bit to get you sick and cross contamination is the biggest problem. A knife, the counter, a condiment, plastic wrap. Usually its a utensil or work surface that will get you.

It could have even been something you ate earlier. I'll be giving the Mirage restaurants a spin this week and will give some feedback maybe do a TR.

Oh and at the Cosmo since we are way way way off topic. they have some asian restaurant that is supposed to have amazing sushi....I've had better from the grocery store. I was absolutely shocked at that experience given the prices.

I've eaten at every place in Bellagio more than once but somehow have not tried Yellowtail. Noodles is great for a quick at the counter bite and very reasonable. Le Cirque very good, but I really pissed off the sommelier when I disagreed with one of his pairings after he asked me. Why ask if you want me to lie to you. I wasn't even rude just said it was a bit heavy for the dish and overwhelmed it some. He was visible offended. French guy, what can you expect hahaha. Escargot was amazing there with the garlic they use and the foie gras surprised me.

I'm sure there are better, but I have a long list of places I'm going to try. Five trips this year planned out so I'll have plenty of chances.
