Hi, I'm new to getting free play(get free rooms, that's been it) and I have a few questions about Free play. Next month I have $1000 in free play at CP. can I split it between table games and slots? What denomination do they give you to play?(ie 10, 25,50 etc) can I plunk down $75 in chips and 1 of my free play certificates per BJ hand? I know if I lose a hand the certificate is gone. What if I win? How does it work in Vegas? if i win can i keep the freeplay for another hand? at my home casino(Mohegan sun) I've had $15,25 free bets and seem to remember even if I win, that's it. I get paid and they take the free play certificate....do I get my FP at the cage or at total rewards? Thank you so much for the help in answering what probably are simple, well known questions. I've recently just reached the the degenerate level of play and some of this is new to me....thanks again!

I believe it is usually 10 free play certs (so $100 each one). My friend had something like $3500 in free play so they have him 10x $350. He asked about getting smaller denominations but apparently you need to sort that out ahead of time with the host.

It may be different by property on the reel rewards. I usually get $100 FSP and the Flamingo cage always asks if I prefer twenties, tens, or fives.

The cashiers at the Flamingo are always so friendly and funny, picking up the fsp is one of the best parts of my trip. They are all wishing me good luck, bring us the BIG ticket to cash, rubbing the vouchers for good luck... etc. I did hit a $1000 RF on one of my $20 vouchers and took it to the cashiers instead of the automated machines. They were screaming like crazy, makes for a good time.
