My husband and I had to change our trip from early Nov to late Nov. We have had a CP Augustus room booked and switched to that again for our later dates. Just from being curious and looking at other rates I noticed that for about 90 more we could also stay in a V or P luxury room, but not sure if it will have a view? We booked CP in hopes for a fountain view room. So which is the nicer property, casino and wow factor? Would love some input on this and advice. Thanks so much!

i guess it depends on what you're looking for, but for 90 more, I would definitely go with V/P. Better clubs, more table games, better poker room, and it has the restaurant Cut, which I have been wanting to go to for a while.

Not big into clubs, but we do like a good lounge or area to have drinks. Also cut sounds great, would love to go there. We are not big into table games but more into slots - do they still have plenty of those and how are the odds on theirs? Are they pretty tight?

They do have enough lounges and drinking areas.

I'm not much of a slot players but there a lot a lot of slots there.

The Zebra Lounge at Palazzo is a great place. The house band is amazing! Go Palazzo, you won't be sorry.

Depends on your bucket list of places to stay.

Caesars - Great location - The Augustus Tower rooms are very nice. Qua Spa is the best in town. That's all I can say about Caesars as I do not like the Casino.

Venetian - You have Wynn next door and Shopping across the street. Venetian's rooms are nice but smaller than you think. I don't remember having a view.
Canyon Ranch Spa is the 2nd best in town. With Palazzo next door you will have 2 Casinos, 2 Gyms etc.

I see a lot of people saying they dont like CP Casino? We have only been in the shops and casino there but liked the casino. What are reasonings for not liking the casino? Just curious in case I missed something while we were there.

It comes down to personal choice.

I don't care for Caesar's casino layout. I never seem to win anything there and I'm not crazy about the restaurants.

Compare that to say NYNY where I've never stayed.
I never seem to win there either but I like the vibe and layout of the casino and they have better restaurants.
So for me Vibe and Amenities trumps Winnings.

Wynn & Bellagio both seem to have good vibes. Both are "Winning" Casinos w/good layouts and good restaurants.
