Is there a way to play at caesars online casino for free without being in New Jersey?

Also, I've seen these sign up first deposit bonuses online before but never have played at an online casino. The Caesars ad says 100% bonus up to $300.

Does that mean that $300 will get me an additional $300 to wager? And are there any catches for betting the bonus money? I've read that you sometimes have to play through a big value of bets before the bonus is accessible.

I play Caesars Online in NJ and you really do have to be in NJ to play. They will use GPS location with your cell phone to determine whether you are in-state. If they can't determine location that way, they will then require you to send them a utility bill or bank statement with your in-state address to prove you are in NJ. If you find a way around this and play and they find out, they will not pay out your winnings to you. It's the law.

As for sign-up bonus, they will give you free play matching the amount of your deposit up to $300. So, if you deposit $300, you'll have $600 to play with. In my experience, though, Harrah's Online has much "looser" slots than Caesars. Kind of like real life.
