    I'm guessing rarely by anyone actually paying for them. I'm certain they are reserved for major whales.

    Swanky stuff! Looks absolutely marvelous. If I won megabucks I would be willing to pay for a night or two, just for the hell of it :)

    I think if I won a lottery I would end up paying for them at the tables. And enjoy every minute of it.
