Hi all, I'm drinking with some buddies in a cabana at moorea beach club @ Mandalay Bay, this is my first time in a cabana. What do you normally tip a cabana host? Which is separate from the waitress.

    Thanks for all your help.

a $20 should be sufficient if they're just walking you in...

When you say Cabana Host I assume you are talking about the person you check in with and walks you to your cabana. I usually give them 20.

On the same assumption, I gave a 20 to the Caesars Palace host too for taking me to see the cabanas. During the day, he did some other services, something about recycling the water from the ice buckets, and chasing squatters away from our seats outside the cabana, but still included with the cabana. I gave him another $50 or $100 afterwards.
