You might try contacting the fashion outlet at Primm and see what transportation services they can offer. I recall researching this back a few months ago for a UK visitor and there weren't any scheduled shuttles from the LV Strip.

If you are in LV for 14 days, you might consider renting a car and driving out to the outlets in Cabazon, California. It is much farther but you could stay one night in the Palm Springs area. Check out the website, you have very high end outlets including Gucci, Prada, Zegna, Ferragamo etc in Cabazon. Some pretty rich people find it worthwhile to take helicopters out from LA to shop there. I've never heard of anyone going out of their way to get to Primm, but if you like the sound of it renting a car for the day would probably be the easiest, it is less than an hour from the strip. Just don't do it on a Sunday when people are leaving to drive back to LA.

I do not drive so renting a car is out of the question.

Cabazon is very nice, but damn, that's a far drive just for some shopping. However, if the OP is up for the travel, I just stopped by Cabazon, on the way to Morongo Casino, and made a quick video of me walking through Cabazon. I'll try to upload it to YouTube tonight, but there are probably dozens of similar videos on YouTube already.

The OP made it quite clear this morning that driving/renting a car is not an option.

Just go to Premium Outlets North or South and save the $30. They have almost the exact sames stores. I would argue that Premium Outlets North and South are bigger than primm.

My wife did this back in 2007 while I was attending a conference. She and my co-worker's wife caught a shuttle for around $12-15 each. I think it picked them up at MGM Grand. I can't find any current information on that though.
