Staying at Cal and MSS in a couple months. Went to RTC site for buses. Did the from and to(plan travel) and it shows that SDX picks up at Main and Ogden. On their diagram of stops, it doesn't show. Question is, does it pick up at Main and Ogden or do we have to walk to Binions on Casino Drive? What about return?

If your not against a little walking on each end, walk to Casino Drive and catch the WAX bus. $2 very fast and dropoff will be at Trop. For return, catch it on Trop outside NYNY. Again $2. From NYNY it goes on I-15 and heads downtown. It makes 3 stops downtown and you get off across the street from the D.

SDX does stop at Ogden, in front of Cal.

Thanks. And yeh I know the WAX, but only going as far as Bellagio/Caesers area so not good for that.

It is on the how to get there thing at the bottom of page, where you put your destination, from-to with time. On return it lists stop at 1st and Ogden. Only SDX not deuce. Makes it easy for Cal and short walk for MSS. rtcsnv.com

Try doing the WAX for $2 to get to the Trop & grab a cab from there to Bellagio...should be $10 or less... or take another bus running north on the Strip
I've only ever done the WAX (and another bus I mistakenly took from the airport that ran down Maryland Pkwy).
You could also grab the monorail at MGM down to the Flamingo.
I think if it were me, I'd take the cab from the Tropicana.

Seems like forever from now, but the flights are booked, so it counts!

Going to strip(Caesars,Bellagio, Mirage) from Cal. Wax bus is 4 blocks away. SDX is right outside front door of Cal and comes back on 1st street and Ogden. Might take the WAX back to airport.

The SDX picks up on the Las Vegas Club side across from the Cal as I took it myself on Wednesday. Nice part about it during the afternoon is you are in the shade.

The SDX is your ticket in IMHO! Runs about every 15 as opposed to the WAX running every hour. Lets your off at the Bellagio just past the fountains.
