    My Trip Report

We booked our trip last night, so prices are bound to drop. There are fourteen of us going, all family. October 5th for seven nights, staying at TI, I voted Paris but TI was a great price. Fly out of Philly airfare and hotel $750 a person. I also booked two FREE nights at Rio thought what the hell its free, I also plan on booking a comped night at Paris and Flamingo, my A/C host said tell him the night and he'll make the call. We booked with family but thought we only get to Vegas once a year so why waste the comps, and now my sisters can check out four differnt pools. God I Love Vegas. And I love this board, you guys really do know everything. Thanks for the tip about leaving the key in the room, to get an extra one. For most this is their 1st. time so I've been elected, without running, to gather info for the 1st timers. Thanks to this board I don't have to look very far. Sounds like it will be a great time! Especially the fact you might be able to sleep a little since it's a full week! I can only WISH I had a full week in Vegas!

How did you score the two free nights at Rio? I'm new to this board, and hear of getting free rooms... and sounds like something other than casino comps.

We live 90 miles from A/C, we play at Hilton and Harrahs. After our first visit we never paid for food or a room again. We are not big players, only play slots and budget about $200. a day each, we do play on one account. When you sign up just ask for an extra card, that is assuming their are two of you. We get to Vegas once a year, and after a 5+ hour flight we need 7 nights. Last year we stayed 2 nights at Flamingo and 5 nights at Paris in a Givency suite only paid for 2 nights, thanks to our A/C Hilton play. The Rio room is from Harrahs A/C play. Gotta love the comp, more money to play. I've seen alot of negative feedback on the board about Harrahs, I have to say their slot play comps are pretty good.

Thanks for explaining. I've got a Harrah's card and have had it about 10 years. I know there isn't much built up on it (if anything if they deduct over time), but sure will be checking when I get out there.
