Hello, I'm going to blue ribbon sushi on sat nite since it seems to be highly recommended here. Any recommendations on signature dishes/drinks, best places to sit, etc? I usually like crawfish rolls and lobster rolls and try to avoid things like deep fried cream cheese sushi and nigiri in general although there's an especially expensive and delicious cut of salmon that I can't remember the name of right now. Also, any recs on good low key bars/lounges to hang out at the wynn or nearby afterwards?

I usually stick to nigiri only and always eat at the sushi bar, anything you order will be great, just watch out for the $80 cold sake...it's addictive

I dropped $250 pp there without noticing

Surprisingly I really enjoyed the oxtail soup. Definitely worth a try.
They brag on their fried chicken. It was good but frankly it's hard to beat Popeyes.
