Hello, new to this forum here from IOWA

We booked tickets to the Blue Man Group, heard great things about it but just had a question!
We were only able to choose the section (we chose the poncho section) but not the seats.... so doe they just designate you a seat or is it first come first serve?

Anyone seen this show and sat in the poncho section??

...don't quite understand your question. You chose the Poncho Section,
    but not the seats ???
If ya booked a PS seat, that's what ya got and all seats through out the
showroom are assigned seating so...you should have a SEC. ROW SEAT on
    your confirmation.
    How did you book?
Via the box office, one of the discount outfits...do you have/know your
confirmation number and your seat location? AND.......
are you booked for the Venetian or Monte Carlo showroom?

when we booked the seats @ the venetian we were just able to choose the section but not seats........ so on our confirmation it just says "poncho seating" so was not sure if the seats are assigned when you get there or its first come first serve seating in your section........

    Hmmm, that's odd.
When ever I've booked direct with the Venetian box office, I've recieved
my section, row, and seat number. It's all assigned seating in there and
that included the Poncho Section where...looks like you're sitting.
If ya care, you could call, ask for the box office and check your seat #
    Venetian: 1.877.883.6423

*Tip: There will be your plastic poncho waiting on your seat...
Ware it if you choose (there's not that much 'splatter') I suggest keeping
it on your lap and quickly holding it up when the times come.
Reason....you're gonna get real, real, WARM under there if you ware it, lol.

We booked tickets in the poncho section for Friday night and we were given seat/row numbers.

    I'd call and ask.

BLUE MAN GROUP at the Venetian is lots of fun. BLUE MAN GROUP
at LUXOR was lots of fun...
I have a tic for their new Show at Monte Carlo on Nov. 9th and am
really looking forward to see it too. Each move brings on new/fun
    additions to their Shows.

They're not talking about it...'much', but the Monte Carlo Show will
usher in even more new, fun additions.
A Pre-Show parade in the casino...?
A BLUE female carbon based unit ???
Along with our favorite gags and scenes...gonna be neat!

You should be fine. The seats the showrooms set aside for
these brokers aren't the best but when the better of the
batch are gone, you're stuck with what's left over.
The earlier you pick up your seats, the better seats you'll get.
