Casinos are pretty cheap when it comes to birthdays. I seem to recall Silverton at least giving points. Where you can really score is the Vegas restaurants that give you stuff. Grimaldi's, Earl of Sandwich, Famous Dave's... Do a search here. I'm sure I've listed many more before.

Four Queens will give you a free meal at Magnolias, the month of your birthday. And Silverton’s gave me $25 free play, if I remember right.

Thanks everyone. My host is giving me Limo pick up and I am using the companion nights too hook my friends up. I am not high roller enough to demand much. I however can't complain as i have 2 rooms at cosmo and one at bellagio. I justify my losing money in vegas by all the free vacation stuff I get!(doesn't equal out but I love gambling) I am excited about getting a cabana at the boulevard pool on a Sunday!

This year both myself and my girlfriend got emails from Total Rewards for a free drink during our birthday months. We both redeemed (April and May, just happened to be in town April 28 - May 3), and they don't actually give you a drink. You just get 1,000 Reward Credits when you redeem the printout at hte TR desk, which I preferred anyways.

I did receive an email birthday wish from CET but nothing to go with it. One good thing about HHGG, it's not just on your birthday, or during your birthday month, but it is good for a whole year

When I lived in Baton Rouge I think I received a free deck of cards but only because I asked. It might have been my 21st birthday or the day after. I remember having a finance exam the day of my 21st birthday so I couldn't go at midnight. Lame.
