Usually with my $20 tip trick i like to ask for a great view. I was wondering what to ask for at Mirage, Volcano, pool, some other strip view?

    which would be the best?

There are the Strip and Pool view, however in the wing closest to I-15 if you get a view facing South, you might get the best of both.

The volcano view is cool. Once. Then it's just noisy.

Noise would not bother me too much with the volcano, since I stay up late anyways. Im kinda thinking that would be cool to ask for

I like the pool view the best. You still look south down the strip as well.

Beware if you are staying towards the top. The Love Banners can obstruct your view, especially during the day.

Volcano View should really be called Venetian View because you get a really great view of the front area of Venetian. When you're on a high floor you really don't even notice the volcano since it's so close to the ground relative to the tower. So if they try charging more for a view of the south strip and the volcano view isn't more then I'd go with that because you're still seeing a nice part of the strip.
