    What days of the week seem best for lowest rates for CET? Or does it simply fluctuate constantly based on demand?

    I find the weekday (Sun-Thurs) rates pretty consistently cheap and less than half the cost of fri-sat. Now and then a thursday or sunday can be pricier, so I'd guess mon-wed are the most consistently cheap.

    Sorry I worded that wrong. For example, I am trying to book May 11 thru 15. Seems like the rates for those dates fluctuate almost daily. I was wondering if there were certain days of the week that were better to find the best rates, kinda like when looking for flights.

    Ah, I see.

    I haven't noticed any pattern. The rates can fluctuate but I think its mainly based on how many bookings they have for those days.

    Sun-Thurs are the best days. Since you are going May 11-15 (i'm going May 12-17) these are the rates for 11-15 WITHOUT a TR card:

    Flamingo = $431
    Quad = $173
    Rio = $356
    Bally's = $333
    PH = $616
    Harrah's = $361
    Paris = $717
    CP = $848
    These rates do not reflect tax and resort fees.

    If you have a TR card, then i assume you already know you will save a bundle. Especially NOT having Fri-Sat. So Saturday + will be cheaper than Friday +. Also, the dates you are going (11-15), are cheaper than the rest of the month.

    Your rate will fluctuate as rooms are booked or released, so it never stops. Just supply and demand.
