Ok, I know, Food TV already did this episode.

But we, are the true Vegas experts.

What is the one dish that has you coming back for more of the same. One dish, one spot, never lets you down...maybe its at a spot that is, like Elvis, and has since "left the building" and nothing has come close since...maybe its just the 75c hot dog at the sports book at Barbary Coast (ok that long ago "left the building" but you get my point), app/main/side/dessert, fancy/simple, ...strip/DT/locals spot...

Plenty of threads on the best steak, best mexican, best italian...

    Your ONE killer dish...go...

White truffle risotto at Le Cirque.

Only avail during the disappointingly short white truffle season.

The Foie Gras preparation at L'Atelier's tasting menu--Foie gras ravioli in a Japanese white soy dashi broth
    [IMG]

A few from é by José Andrés--

The greatest ham and cheese sandwich ever (Iberico ham, I don't remember the cheese, and house brioche)

Best steak preparation I've ever had. Australian Wagyu with a sweet onion reduction and spherified potato gnocchi
    [IMG]

Most ridiculous foie gras preparation ever. Cotton candy empanada, crushed corn nuts, foie gras mousse. Three completely different flavors and textures, but it was AMAZING.

The New Yorker Pizza at Pizza Rock. Don't even like Ricotta cheese and the stuff they put on the pizza is like crack to me. I can't get enough when I am in town...

Seared foie gras with a peach reduction on toasted brioche - only good manners prevented me from picking up the plate and licking it clean. I miss Commander's Palace so much that we are going to New Orleans this summer so I can eat there again!

That was the only thing that was good at the place. They can't compare to any NYC steakhouse.
