Margaritaville is across the street...pretty good. Just a short walk and Caesars has a bunch of good places. Inside the mirage don't miss the monster sized sandwiches at Carnegie deli. Mirage has a great location, you are near a bunch of good stuff!

    Depends on tastes and budget.
There are 5 star places in Mirage and next door at Caesars. For midrange tastes you have Harrahs across the street as well as Gilleys' and Senor Frogs at TI to the north of Mirage.
And for fast food action there is a food court in the back of Casino Royale.

I like BLT Burger at Mirage, KGB Burger and the Oyster Bar across the street at Harrah's, Joe's Crab at Forum Shops. What do you consider nearby? I also think Mirage has one of the best Room Service NY Strips.

You can't beat their buffet. The others mentioned are all great. We loved the pool at the Mirage when we stayed there.
