I want to hear what everyone thinks. I have had the ones at Margaritaville and know they are top notch! I also have had some at a small place in the PH mall but I am not sure it is still there. Also at trip 7 brew pub in MSS they have a steak queso dip that is to die for! What else??

My pick would be Margaritaville as well.

The Chicken nachos at Mickie Finnz on Fremont Street also get my vote.

I see the ASian nachos from Grand Lux mentioned in trip reports. I haven't tried them personally but I know others like them....

    Diablos

Ironically I went to both Margaritaville and Diablos in Sept. I found Margaritaville's have gone down hill the last two visits. (though nothing beats a margarita there!) Diablo's hands down!

Cabo Wabo is one of my faves. I like Diablo as well though. I have tried Margaritaville, but I dont really remember well enough to form an opinion.

I second that. In another thread I just recommended Diablos at Monte Carlo as well as Diego at MGM and Tacos & Tequila at Luxor -- all three make good nachos with either beef or steak.

taco and tequila gets my vote for best quality, but not quantity. I did see the nachos at the tequilla bar at Ballys that was seriously the biggest Nachos I've ever seen. Don't know how they taste! Drink enough Margaritas and they all taste great!

Hussongs at Luxor Mandalay Bay, you make your own batch from what you want, one topper for me is they have both a great tomatillo sauce and a great HOT, HOT request only sauce.

We really liked the Volcano Nachos at Margaritaville. Tasty, and MORE than enough for a complete meal for two.

I have to check this out... Every six months or so I get a powerful lust to injure myself with outrageously spicy nachos or wings.

    Thanks!

This stuff is hot, Ghosts, Habs, Scotch Bonnet and an additive. I guarantee the additive is where the brutality comes from, those things are wicked. If you want it you have to ask for the hottest sauce they make and they make you sign a waiver to get a sample of it, trust me for most that sample is plenty.

Toss up between Tacos and Tequila at Luxor and Diablos at MC.

I tried the nachos at El Sagundo Del Sol (in front of Fashion Show Mall). Very, very good.

The ones at Ballys were good although you need 5-6 people to finish them it seems. I wouldn't go there just for these though as they are just average to me. Diablos and Margarittaville are much better.
