I'll be in Vegas in a couple of weeks. One of the nights we have a reservation at Sinatra in Encore. Is there a menu item that I should definitely order whether it be a main course or an appetizer? I know Packer likes the Veal Parm, and unless someone has another suggestion, I will most likely try that. Suggestions are welcome for any food (or drink) item you think I should try there.

I will also be at SW on a preceding night, but I will most likely have the ribeye medium-rare with Foie Gras.

Panzanella con Granchio for the app/salad. Light, refreshing and so good.

I went to Sinatra once. The carpaccio was amazing. I also had lamb chops and they were amazing.

Panzanello con Granchio and the Carpaccio. Done, I'm going to order these. Maybe the lamb chops for the main. Thanx!

    Two of my favs there:
    - Ask for the filet special. It's usually not on the menu but you can always get it. Probably my favorite steak in Vegas, and I've been to all the big steakhouses. It's unreal.
    - The caprese salad (tomato and mozzarella) features buffalo mozzarella, which, if you've never tried it, you need to.

This is my favorite food in LV.

Both of these. Also try the Fettuccine with Truffles. Unbelievably decadent.

The Pappardelle is amazing as well.
