Julian Serrano has some nice deals on their various tapas dishes.

I think just about every restaurant in Cosmo offers 'social hour' options as well.

Here's a partial list, you best bet is to narrow down to the places you'd like to go to, and then check their individual websites for details.

Always love to go to Cosmo between 5 and 7pm on weekdays. 3rd floor restaurants all have happy hours, and Scarpetta is a must do for me every trip.

Last time I was in Vegas I was at MSS having dinner at the bar at 777. The bartender gave me a couple of samplers and they were really good. I asked him how much and he quoted me a price and told me they were a lot cheaper at happy hour. I asked him when happy hour was an his response - "From midnight to seven AM sir". Classic!!!

Most restaurants have a "bar menu" at happy hour, you can really score some good deals. It will take a bit of research but it's worth it. We always do the happy hour at Culinary Dropout. This next time we go we're gonna try the Park on Freemont. $3 Cans of beer and Well Drinks, $4 Domestic Draft Beers, $5 Craft Beers and $5 Appetizer Specials

Todd English Pub has a good happy hour. 1/2 off a nice selection of drafts. They also used to give the first draft free if you can chug it in a certain amount of time.

Pink Taco (Hard Rock) has a pretty decent Happy Hour from 3-7 p.m. or thereabouts

Check out the Level 107 lounge in the Stratosphere . They have an early (4-7 I believe ) and late (1am-4am) happy hour. 2 for 1 drinks and a great view.
