Any suggestions for late/early eats downtown? I forget to eat sometimes until bedtime and am a very early riser.
Thanks. I'll be downtown for 4 nights beginning tomorrow!

Try the oxtail soup at the Market Street Cafe in the Cal. They only serve it 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

I did the grill at bunions about 230-300 am this morning. It was nothing to want to go back for, wasn't cheap, had no service whatsoever. Even looked for the 10 0oz ham steak n eggs for like 5-6bucks that I read about on here but it was like 8-9 bucks on the menu.

This. Absolutely! Just under ten bucks for a huge bowl of delicious broth, usually about 5 or 6 good sized meaty bones, ginger, cilantro, and a couple of vegetables. I usually get the saspirilla with it, and if my eyes are bigger than my stomach, the banana fritters. Awesome!

El Cortez from I think 11pm-7am has half price meals in Cafe Cortez. It's a limited menu during those hours, but the food is good.
