I like Earl Of Sandwich, but it's just a quick bite so I'm sure there are better ones at the higher end. There's a location at Caesars in the food court and another right off the casino floor across from the sports book at Planet Hollywood. I like the PH one better as the one at Caesars has a pretty limited menu.

The Beach Cafe at Tropicana has a really good breakfast wrap with chorizo, eggs, peppers, cheese, salsa.

Looking forward to trying Eggslut in July.

Their signature sandwich sounds like it would fit what you are looking for Trademark:

    • Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich, made with hardwood smoked bacon, an over-medium egg, cheddar cheese and chipotle ketchup, served in a warm brioche bun

While it's not the specs you noted, Mon Ami Gabe has an amazing breakfast sandwich ( turkey, avacado and cheese on a croissant ) and view of the strip if you sit outside. I eat there at least twice each trip.

We are great fans of both Eggworks and Black Bear Diner...........however, both are substantial drives off the Strip.

( Eggworks has pork and eggs which I just love, yummmmmm)

$6.50 at Nosh in Bally's. Located in corner, between poker room and jubilee elevators. Comes on your choice of bagel (any type), english muffin or croissant. It's made with a scramble of eggs /hashbrowns or eggs/spinach and mushrooms. It was very good and filling.
