I have a question regarding the suites at the Bellagio:
Does anyone know the difference between 'Salone Fountain View Suite' and 'Salone Premier Fountain View Suite'? Or the difference between a 'Bellagio Fountain View Suite' and 'Bellagio Premier Fountain View Suite'?
The premier suites are more expensive, but I don't understand what you get for the higher pice. What is the asset of the premier suites? Does anyone know?

I will speak for Salone - these are a SINGLE room "suites". Nice couch area and large bathroom.

Premier are in the Main Tower, non-Premier are in the Spa Tower. Main Tower is better.

I don't know exactly where the ones in the Spa Tower are located, but the ones in the Main Tower are at the very end of the wings.

If you go to the Bellagio website, plug in some non-busy date for a stay (like mid-December), all the room descriptions will come up. If you read the descriptions carefully enough, you can usually suss out the differences between rooms with similar names.

Thank you for the info - that was indeed very helpful.
I have been to the Bellagio Website and compared the rooms, but I obviously overlooked the tower info, which explains the price difference.

I have another (maybe dumb) question:
On the Bellagio website, they don't provide the location (spa vs. main tower) for the suites (e.g., Salone Suite) with non-fountain view (only for those with fountain view).
How do you know in which tower you will end up, when booking a non-fountain view suite?
I think it makes a difference whether your room is in the spa or in the main tower. The spa tower maybe near to the pool, but far away from everything else.

I think in that case, they reserve the right to put you in either tower. And they would assign at check in. You could request (or make a case for) one or the other at check in, but if the non-fountain view rooms are identical except location, then it's pretty much fair to put you in either.
