alot of people ask how to get a host , do i need ,a host what is a host.
i usualy say they will find you if your play warrants it , thats the first clue if the reach out to you.

it never hurts to ask but always have resonable expectations

i blackout the personal info but i thought some people might like to see a intructory letter from bellagio i recivied last week after playing bj.they reached out to me

Yup, they actually do reach out to you like you said. I said in another post that i was approached by another host at bellagio. Told him I had another host and he said my current host is a good guy but to reach out to him if i needed help in which i did only for a limo from bellagio to encore for xs. (Wasnt sucessfull btw since taxi line died down)

My original host for over 10 years is now executive director of whatever and the host that approached me is senior executive host which is why i started a thread about host seniority.

Pretty standard. I received this exact same letter a couple years ago from two different hosts at Bellagio, even though I already had one there. Successful hosts need new clients. This is one way of getting them

I was just going to say, to level set any responses on this thread, the playing level is rather important here. Especially at a property like Bellagio.

So hopefully the $15 per hand betters will read this and figure out why they're not getting personal host introductions.

my mistake i figured people new at bellagio 15$ wouldnt get much interest. but off strip 25$ might. and at cet you will start to see free rooms for very little play.

i was just try to show one of the ways casino reach out . as this topic has come up alot .

i posted some emails i had from a mgm host a couple of weeks about expect play for certian comps that made no sense to most off us but i figured i would share as it came directly from the horses mouth.

we are all trying to figure out how to get the most without ruining a good relationship.

    hope this helps some

I recently received a letter from the Bellagio as well. It stated the following:

    Dear Sir,

We noticed that you recently spent some time in our 5 star hotel & casino. Based on your level of inebriation, general lack of hygiene and you ability to annoy everyone in and around the blackjack tables, we ask you never to comeback. We are willing to forgo your $20 buy-ins.

There are several hotels across the street we would recommend.

    Insincerely,

    Bellagio:evillaugh

To me, this is just a post of you bragging that you got contacted by a host. Nothing else in the letter is really helpful. Congrats though, hope they hook you up in a sick way.

sorry you feel that way but i have host at most properties and i always share them with other members when they ask and offers like i did for the goldennugget with a 5000$ double offer i did a couple weeks ago. wasnt trying brag , a host doesnt mean anything too me, just sharing info as thats what this furum is about.
actualy dont need anything from them really as i live next to the bellagio,i just gamble for fun

Had a Cosmo host introduce himself to me a few weeks ago. Not sure how he knew who I was since I didn't even insert my player's card into any of the machines that day. What makes it odd is that I just arrived into the Cosmo too.
