Ate lunch there Wednesday Menu located here: https://www.caesars.com/content/dam/clv/Dining/Casual/Beijing%20Noodle%20No%209/BNN9_Menu_1-31-14.pdf Located next to the Baccanhal Buffet, there are 6 huge fish tanks (2 x 3) with goldfish lining the entrance. Inside, you can see the chefs hand pulling the noodles. I chose the Sichuan Dan Dan Mein with Spring Noodle. It came in a small bowl, and was a "dry" noodle preparation. Dry noodle as opposed to soup noodles. It was quite spicy and had a "kick" to it. Very tasty. A good meal, but was it worth $20.00? Only because I didn't have to go outside (it was 113 that day) and drive to Spring Mountain Road. I will be back the next time I stay at Caesar's.
