Does anyone know the draft beer served at Aria, especially at the Casino Bars?
    Thanks!

Besides the usual domestics, I drank a lot of Shock Top at those bars.

Thanks. I was hoping for something in the craft beer range.

I believe they just entered into some kind of arrangement with Stillwater Ales out of Baltimore to serve a house beer under their own name. It is a Saison called Cabaletta and is worth searching out.

Ah, right. Here's the VegasChatter article on it:

They've got a bunch of different Stillwater beers that will be available, although Cabaletta is exclusive to Aria. Also, Craig Schoettler is a big deal -- I've been to his place in Chicago a couple times, and it was fantastic.
