I logged into my BConnected account online to check my offers for November and December because my family is thinking about taking a vegas trip vacation this Winter. I have free nights to the California in November and December, neither mailer for both months came in the mail. My mom did not get one for November either, but she did for December. I have an offer of 4 free nights and $100 free play. When I went to click on my offers for the 4 free nights to find out about what it might say regarding this, it says... "Your mailer and photo ID must be presented at check-in to redeem any included offer. Additional complimentaries are based on rated casino play. Offer is subject to availability, non-transferable and may not be used with any other offer. 72-hours required between all promotional stays at Main Street Station, the California Hotel & Casino and Fremont Hotel whether or not included in this mailer; back-to-back complimentary stays are prohibited. 48 hours advance notice required for all cancellations. You must be 21 or over to participate. Credit card is required to confirm reservation and for hotel check-in. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice. One room per household, per visit." How does this work for both the free play and the room reservations if I do not have the mailer for these months? Another question is do I have to stay at the California (California is what we are thinking about) to qualify for the $100 free play? Also under $100 free play offer, it says mailer and photo ID must be present, but I do not remember it talking about having to have a room booked to redeem. Also, the minimum stay is 3 nights if we do not want to do all 4 correct? It says 72 hours required between all promotional stays.
