I'm already set for Gordon Ramsey Steak, Bouchon and Joel Robuchon. So for the last one, which is better? My husband is a huge Michael Simon fan so the hard core meat is right up his alley but I've read mixed reviews. I'm very interested in Sinatra's for the over all atmosphere. Thoughts?

If you're looking for the meat, Bazaar is the way to go.

Sinatra's is an okay atmosphere, but Joel Robouchon's is an experience.

Did sinatras a few years ago. Fantastic top of the line service. Good atmosphere, very good food. Nothing that blew me away though. Have you tried Mario batali B and B at Venetian? One of my top favs

They are all good. Apparently cost is no object, since you're spending more on 4 meals than our entire budget for a couple of weeks! Honestly, we've been to a couple of these and enjoyed them - Joel Robuchon is over the top with prices to match. We are definitely not Gordon Ramsay fans, and would probably put his place at the bottom of the list. I Can't speak for Sinatra's.

The Veal Parm is to die for at Sinatra's. It is a classy experience and is a nice change from a steakhouse. Have you ever been to Lawry's Prime Rib? It's off-strip, but is a throwback to the old days and the prime rib is gold!
