Has any one had the Sterling Brunch recently?
We're going to Las Vegas in May and plan on going.
Its been several years since we've been there and we're wondering if its changed since the remodel / new restaurant took over.
In the past the seafood was always my favorite. And the deserts.

We were there this past August and it was very good. Loved the lobster tails and the king crab legs.

We have been there several times since the make=over and plan to make reservations soon for our next trip. Love the giant shrimp, the crab claws, the antipasto wagon and the prime rib the most.

We were dedicated Sterling Brunch patrons. We were not fans of the rebranding, nor the remodelling. We were also loyal to the chef, who has since moved on. Many believe that the jazz brunch at the wynn to the presumptive fav.

We have reservations for early June. I read that you can order Lobster bisque and Ceasar Salad to be brought to you by the waiter....have to try that next time

We were there in February. It's on our to do list every trip. BTW, we get fantastic service from Hugo. He keeps that champagne glass full.

Think about using up some RC's on the next trip. Champagne seems to be free flowing. Other drinks?

Loved it about a year ago. My fave? Caviar! And, of course, the champagne.
