We are using the monorail for the first time and plan on visiting Blondies inside the Miracle Mile Shops. I figure the logical way would be to get off at the Bally's Monorail Station and walk through the resort, into Paris and out onto the Strip and walk south into Planet Hollywood and through the mall to Blondies. However, I was wondering if there was a way to exit the station onto Audrie Street and somehow make our way through the parking garage into the east entrance of Miracle Mile. This would save a lot of time and be more of a straight shot. The problem is I can't tell if this is pedestrian friendly or not. It seems easy enough by car but doesn't look like there is a way to do this on foot. Does anyone know if it's possible or not to enter in from the east by foot? Thanks in advance!

IMO getting off the Monorail into Bally's is the best and safest way. Once you go up the escalator in Bally's, you can walk through Paris at the far left side and exit Paris where the Valet is. You can then cross the driveway to Planet Hollywood. This will cut time. Then use the Mall entrance instead of casino entrance.
Audrie st is, IMO, not pedestrian friendly. Especially at night. You definitely don't want to be where there are very few people around.

It looks like you'll be coming from MGM? If so, why not just walk or take the bus? The problem with the Monorail is it's too far from the Strip and there's a void between Bally's and MGM. You are wasting time doubling back.

But if you do take the Monorail, i would get into Bally's as quickly as you can then proceed to the Mall using the Paris exit (the door near the Valet/Sugar Factory and where the benches are.

I agree with WaveRunner. Blondies is in the back of Miracle Mile. I don't think you're saving many steps by taking the monorail to Bally's from MGM vs just walking there from MGM. Walking from the MGM, I'd enter Miracle Mile by the Hilton Grand Vacations/Elara tower.

Thanks for the advice! Very much appreciated. I think we will take the advice and walk through Bally's if not was the full trek.

We're taking the monorail for the sole purpose of staying out of the heat... and because we got a bogo for it. Okay, bogo is probably the main reason. We usually rent a car but this time around I want to drink too.

We've also. Made the walk from blondes all the way to Luxor. Surprisingly, that day just happened to have rain and thunderstorms in Sept and cooled it down to make the walk very easy and fun... especially coming from a Blondies happy hour. I fear we won't be so lucky next time around. Since we have unlimited monorail passes we at least have the option. I just thought we could save some time but I don't want to walk with the gf through backstage stuff.

If you go to Google Earth and input Audrie Ln & Harmon Ave, Las Vegas, you will see just how deserted the street is to foot traffic. It's mainly cars avoiding the Strip.

I think the best ways of staying out of the heat are:
    1. Taking the monorail from MGM up to Bally's and walking in to Bally's, Paris, PH like i said. It will be cooler also since most of the time will be spent indoors.
    2. You could take a little short cut by walking out of MGM and cross the Street at Monte Carlo Way into MC. Then take the Tram from Monte Carlo up to Bellagio. Then walk out of Bellagio at the far south end and cross the Street into Planet Hollywood.

Thanks a bunch. I will do your number one. I've driven Audrie before but for the life of me couldn't remember what it was like. Streetview definitely refreshed my memory.
