So I see the Deluxe is the strip view and 450 sq ft, but the luxury is upgraded amenities and 530 sq ft. Anyone know, or have seen the difference in the room layout with the bigger room and better amenities? or should I just stick with a jubilee luxury (cant get premium comped) Thanks for your help!

Stick with the Jubilee Luxury. The Jubilee Tower (formally South Tower), is the newest and slickest. I have stayed at Indigo Tower deluxe rooms (formally North Tower), many times and they're great, but they are older and a little worn compared to the South tower (now Jubilee), but if you have Jubilee comped go for it. You can always do the $20 trick to upgrade an already fine room.
The Indigo deluxe rooms are fine for me, but i would take the Jubilee in a heartbeat.

I understand with the deluxe, but I am wondering if anyone is familiar with the "luxury" which has 80 sq ft more than the deluxe. The website itself doesnt show anything really. Not even on youtube any "luxury" vids vs "deluxe" vids. I hope this makes sense! haha

I am not aware of any difference in the North Tower, excuse me Indigo tower base rooms. There are some adjoining rooms to the Indigo Tower Celebrity Suites, these could be the ones referred to that maybe slightly larger.

I always thought though at the Indigo tower rooms were either base, grand suites, celebrity suites, and then the penthouses / 2 floor townhouses.

I believe the "luxury" rooms in the Indigo Tower (north), are the older Jr. Suites. They are called oversized rooms. They're about $10 per night upgrade over deluxe. But that's for the Indigo Tower............the Jubilee rooms in the South Tower are a little bit smaller but IMO, far surpasses the Indigo rooms.
Only reason i don't stay in Jubilee is because they don't comp me for 5 nights. Before the South Tower was upgraded, i always got comped at Bally's in the South Tower.
I believe the JR. Suites at Indigo have a hallway before entering the bathroom dedicated to extra amenities like a fridge, which explains the extra sq.feet, but the Jubilee rooms, albeit smaller than the Jr. Suite, also has a fridge but furnishings reflecting modernism as opposed to "Art Deco".
